What is the Masterful Facilitation Institute?

The Masterful Facilitation Institute began delivering courses in 2008 in the Metro Vancouver area and now primarlily delivers to in-house clients in Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa and Toronto. The Institute's courses are delivered by an impressive team of highly experienced facilitators to provide high quality coursesettings. What is your class cancellation policy?

All cancellations must be received in writing by email or regular mail, post-marked 30 days in advance of the scheduled course delivery. The amount paid less a 30% processing and cancellation fee will be refunded. Following this date, 100% of the course fee applies.
